You can find out if you click the "My Q&A" link, on the top right corner in the green box. Or Yahoo will notify you via the e-mail address you provided when you signed up for Yahoo answers. This is what it says at the bottom of this form:
Note: If your answer is selected as a "Best Answer," you will automatically receive an email from Yahoo! Answers notifying you of this. You may not opt-out of receiving such emails.

No need. When you started you gave Yahoo your email address. If your answer is picked as best, then you will receive an email letting you know and with a link to the question and answer you gave.

Yahoo Answers will automatically send you an e-mail of congratulations or you can go to My Q&A in the top right hand corner and check that way.

You will be notified by the Email, so in this way you will not loose any good news, secondly you can always click on your username or "My Q&A" and see the all goodies you want, your asked questions, answered answers etc.

On the top right in the green bar it says
"My Q&A"
click that and then scroll down to where it says "My answers"
Then right underneath that it says
view by: All answers Best answers
click best answers and there you go
Do I get a best answer now?

You will be sent an e-mail notifying you of the fact that you were the best answer as long as you have that notification set up in your account info.

click on your avatar in the left hand screen to view your profile, then scroll down to answers "my answers". there will be a link just to the right of "all answers" that says "best answers", click that and check!.

Go to my Q&A and scroll down to "questions answered" then click on "Best Answers" and it will show you what question you had the best answers on.
