he also walks around grabbing his crotch and using racial slurrs like '*****' and he called me a 'cracka' i think he may think he's black... is this okay? Just 10 minutes ago he said he was gonna cap my ***, what does this mean. Sometimes he brings over girls to the house, and I hear them making strange noises in his bedroom. Maybe it is just the playstation.

He's just having fun with language. Try having fun back. When you speak with him, use only really big words, lots of them. Play with him like this especially when it's important to him that he understand you.
