IMPORTANT: See a doctor!
ok i am a medical student but i will still recommend you to meet a doctor... not because of your penis problem but because of that poo problem....

so

1)The brownish skin which is there for around a year and never hurts is nothing of a serious thing.. its completely normal.
2) Tiny bumps are 100% normal as far as they are not itchy not bleeding or anything like that.
3) You might have haemorrhoids, go and see a doctor. If it doesnt go for 6 months.. it may become serious, degree 4 is worst!

If the bumps look like they warts. Then you may have genital warts. I think I heard that genital warts can appear on the penis, inside the anus or around it. Or if you shave the hairs off of your penis then this could be the cause of the bumps. Since you don't have in sores on your penis you can cancel out herpes. If you don't feel like you are emptied when you poo,and it feels like something is in there still,it could be cyst in your anus area, which could lead into colon cancer. I am no doctor, but you need to see one. But, it does not seem like anything serious, because nothing hurts. Good luck.

Hi Alberto.

This is just my opinion, but it sounds like you are constipated. Try a laxative, preferably in the form of a suppository.

And your genitals sound normal to me. I agree with what Jim said in his post. Skin is subject to changes in color and texture over time and with age... the same as any where else on your body.

But I am not a doctor. If this is really a concern for you, you should go to the clinic and make sure there is nothing seriously wrong like hemorrhoids and/or genital warts... or some other kind of STD.

I have given you some links to check out. They lead to a photo index. If you click on one of the index names, it will take to the pictures of named condition (very graphic- that is why I did not post directly).

If anything you have looks like anything in the pictures provided by the website, you definitely need to see a doctor.

LOL. You are too funny. This is my last answer of the night. I guess I saved the best for last. Get yourself an over the counter enema, shove it in your "poo" hole, and rub your belly. That should expel all your poopies. The bumps on your penis could be venereal warts. Sometimes they itch, sometimes they're painless. If you're really serious, cough, cough, see your family doc. Good luck with your pooper.

There is no problem with your penis. The bumps are natural caused by hair follicles and hormones. Most dissapear after puberty, but about 20% of men have this.

Problem with poo - i dnt know, eat more fibre but this a totally unrelated issue!!
