I think a pair of hip hugging jeans with a nice studded or chain like belt with a black vest would look pretty awesome !

With a skinny frame, you can carry anything off! Stripes, dots, prints, pleats, ruffles and lace. You can even wear white without worries. Go for simple designs and don't ever go overboard (a little of everything or lots of something).

with a black hair is very nice a red dress very simple and straight just a little "decolte" just above the knees. very elegant and very simple is great.

If you are that skinny, you can wear prints, stripes, polka dots, or mini skirts and boots. Colors? Everything except your skin color. (it makes you look "washed out"...or naked!)
