How did you pay for this item. If you paid for it using pay-pal file a complain with them. They will review and if they award in your favor you will get full refund if you followed their guidelines. If you paid Thur another way, check, money order, etc. file a complaint with eBay. Go to search and type in item not received and it will tell you how to do both.

If you payed Via paypal you will not gt your money back if you read there terms of service that you Accept when you make a Paypal account they are not responsible for anything if you wanna learn more about paypal 100% Truth visit www.paypalsucks.com they info they provide is 100% true paypal is a scam and you should beware but as for your item you could have been scammed or the seller might be away or internet down because in some places tornadoes have hit down and cut power so who knows Ebay will only kick the seller off ebay if you have enough evidence he is a fraud I hope this helps and i wish you luck in this problem i advise you to read www.paypalsucks.com and learn about paypal Good luck
