It's really good. The company they go through has been around for quite a while and they handle all the customer service, credit card handling, products, etc. You just make the designs, upload them, and pick out the products that you want to offer that design on. You will love it.

You might want to start thru someone else first. Check out CafePress. You can just gather ideas, design them, and upload them. CP will make a shop you can sell them at, handle all the credit card junk, manufacture, shipping, complaints and returns, etc etc. You can even do it thru a free shop starting out.

That way you can see if your designs sell, work on marketing, and get a ton of help on every aspect of it including stuff like copyright thru the CafePress forums. Once you get moving well then you can gradually shift parts of it to being off of CafePress.
