Best advice is to refer to the Owner's Manual that came with your trimmer. It is an easy job, you just have to be careful not to overfill the spool and make sure you wind it in the right direction. There is usually an arrow on the spool that will tell you which way to wind the new line.

im not sure on the model , but on my grass hod you pull off the spundle -- the string size is 0.65 - you wind about 30 feet on to i tand rethread it through the hole -- it locks in to place w/ 2 springing sides.... I know this is vague but I hope it helps
