head south down the street between the general store and the clothing shop..........speak to the bum on the street.....it's down that alley that he's standing by...to your right ( as you face south )

when you enter the east gate go to the center fountain turn south and go between the sword shop and the general store keep going forward and turn down eastern alley and its the last door on the right good luck!!!!!!!!

u enter where the wizards r, then you'll see a tramp and a alley. go in it and there u r.
