no.....im just guessing...its illegal 2 have sexual relations wit a person that is under 18 ...but its fine if dey dont do anything

No that is not illegal, unless there is some sort of restraining order involved or something like that.
Of course there is also the question of what happens on the ride home as well...be careful of what position you put yourself into because it may be hard to get yourself out.

I don't see that being illegal in itself, but it is risky if there may be an appearance of sexual relations or attempted sexual relations. If you are the older party and are a male and the younger party is female, you may be subjecting yourself to possible allegations of something you will be fighting for years to disprove.

No, but you can't take them across State lines without thier parent's permission. Also, if you are worried about stat-rape laws, then you should be aware of your State's consent age, because even the unwanted holding of a hand beneath consent age can be declared rape.

there are millions adults giving millions of children lifts home from school everyday .

shouldnt be so long as its just a ride home, my friends give me a ride home after youth group
