I grew up in a house where this happened all the time. My grandfather died in the front yard before I was born. Then I was born on his birthday. I would always hear someone coming down the steps but there was no one there. Often the pans would actually fly out of the cupboards inexplicably. I would also wake up to someone standing over me but there really wasn't. A few months ago, someone was sitting on the edge of my bed talking to me, but I was the only one home. Last night some of the clothes hanging up on hooks started moving around like someone was looking through them, there was no one there. I was watching TV and the clothes started moving. It was unnerving.

Yes, I have.

When I was younger I would be trying to sleep and I would hear silverware falling to the floor, people walking around and other weird noises and this would always happen after my parents had long since gone to bed.

I would get up and go check it out and there would be nothing unusual going on.

But now I normally hear people talking...that creeps me out more then hearing dishs moving about. I can explain (at least to myself) why I would hear odd things in the kitchen...but I don't know why I will hear talking when I'm completely alone. That happened a lot before I moved to the place I currently live at...

Wished I could expain why this happens.

Once when I was taking my dog for a walk I heard a moan of a middle aged man by this road that I lived by. Then, at this bike trail that I take my dog to, I saw a little Asian girl in a pink dress with yellow flowers all over it. Suddenly, she just disappers and when I go back to the street I hear the moan again. No one ever believed me because I was by myself and so since no one else saw or heard them they must not be true.

This happens all the time where I work!! There will only be me and another clerk (I work at a gas station) and stuff will fall on the floors, or there will be noises like someones working in the back, even though there's no one there. We've nicked named him George, and he loves playing games with us...he's not mean or anything, just a prankster!! It's great!!

Oh my god!! I'm glad that I'm not the only one this happens to! Although in my experience, it's not pans, but spoons dropping in my sink! Even though I've just done the dishes earlier in the day, and there isn't any spoons near my sink. I have room mates, but they all are in the same room (the living room) when it happens. Also, it usually happens around the same time every night. At or around 7pm. Also, in my apartment, there are two bathrooms, one for my boyfriend and myself. Then there is one for my brother, and his girlfriend. One night about 2 years ago, my brother woke me up in the middle of the night to ask me if I had just used my bathroom, I told him "no" (which I hadn't). He then procedes to tell me that every night, and on more than one occasion, my toilet flushes by itself (meaning no one is in, or near it when this take place) I'm usually in bed asleep when he tells me about it.

I do believe that paranormal acitvity is something that my family, and I are prone to. There's some freaky deaky stuff out there, some of which is too hard to explain, but always becareful of what you get yourself into. Sometimes, it's not wise to know everything.

Hope this answers your question the way you wanted. Keep safe, and don't be afraid of all ghostly entities, they're not all bad.

After my boyfriend of 6 yrs. passed on after having a heart attack I heard his footsteps coming up the stairs..I knew it was him...then a few minutes later smelled his cologne..heard his phone ring then heard the front door close....oh by the way it all started with a knock on the door, my dog heard it too and when I went to check no one was there so I went back upstairs and thats when everything happened. After that my dog just sat in frnt of the door like he was waiting for him to come back..this really did happen and few believe me.

Your probably imagining these things. You should by a motion detecting camera and set it up in your kitchen. if you were to get a video of the pans falling you could get alot of money for it.
