Sometimes it's normal, and sometimes it can be a sign of a problem. You need to call your doctor's office (even if it's closed, someone's on call), or the OB floor at the hospital (the answering machine at your Dr's office may direct you to do this), and tell them what's going on.
They're the ones who'll be able to tell you if this is serious or not.

False positives are very rare for preg. tests. If you are cramping and spotting, you need to see a doctor because it could elevate to a miscarriage. Granted, it's early, and if you do miscarry, it'll be more like a heavy period, but since you know you're pregnant, get medical attention. That way you can either try to have a healthy pregnancy, or if you don't make it, you need to make sure you don't get a serious (life-threatening) infection or hemorrhage.

Yes, it is normal to have cramps and spotting. It's a normal symptom and sign of pregnancy. Be sure to schedule a doctors appt. to get a check up and find out the health of your baby. You also need to start prenatal vitamins which contain folic acid that helps the development of the baby's spine and brain.

It sounds like you are 7 weeks pregnant now and depends how much you are cramping and how much blood but it seems like miscarying. The best thing to do is to have a scan done to know exactly what is going on and if your pregnancy still continues.Hope everything will be fine

You need to see your OB/GYN. Some women have cramping, and some women have spotting, but having the both of them together is not a good sign.

you should contact a doctor and talk to them about it
If its dark in color and barely anything its normal but if it looks like bright red blood I'd say go to the doctors

yes it can be normal, as long as you are not bleeding allot your fine, allot of times when the baby attaches to the placenta you can have spotting, or if there was left over blood from your last cycle, but if its heavy you need to see the doc.

Go see your doctor asap. in some pregnancy's it is normal but in some cases its not. it might be implantation bleeding but it might be something more serious, just go be seen by a doctor or er room.
