I love reading historical romance books, but only ones about Native Americans or cowboys. I read alot of Cassie Edwards and Madelaine Baker and some Lorraine Heath. Does anyone know any other good books or authors of this type?

I'm opposite, I like reading the ones about vikings and pirates.

My favourite author in this category would have to be Sandra Dubay, they're not all about Native Americans and Cowboys but they are a really good read. One of them has even made me cry, but I can't remember what it's called.

Otherwise you could try Janelle Taylor, Betty Brooks, Shirl Henke, Holly Harte, Susan Edwards, Theresa Scott, just to name a few. You can often get a decent sized pack of books on ebay for cheap prices too. Wouldn't hurt to have a look.

Jane Feather has written some good ones. Also if you can find any Lori copeland then you are in for a treat. She stopped writing historicals several years ago but her books were really good.
