Money gram can do it, it is fast and easy
try service like
Western union, Thomas Cook... etc

Otherwise you can use your bank and wire the money
for that you will need to provide your Bank details and bank SWIFT no. for the wire transfer.
You can also make a US payable Demand Draft and send it the beneficiary. US payable Cheque if possible should also do it

you can also pay using Credit Card, there are site which provide that service, such as paypal and many more.

The best solution however would be to contact your local bank for methods of legal transfer of money or google for more information

not sure if you're talking about wiring money from country to country. when i lost my wallet in london, i had money wired to me from canada to the uk using the services of a western union.

you can get a US draft anywhere in Canada and then send it in the mail
or you can do a trasfer from a bank in Canada to a bank in the us
