My vote is on Half-Baked
It involves four pot smoking friends. One of them is jailed for accidently killing a diabetic horse, and the remaining three start selling pot to pay his bail.
Very funny movie even if you've never smoked in your life

there is this movie called 'class' it takes place in college, the movie isnt even about weed, its about this guy sleeping with his best friends mom, anyway back to the question, the kids in the dorm have to get rid of the weed and one of them tries and flushes the whole plant down the toilet, it was hilarious, it is a definite movie to watch, with andrew mccarthy and rob lowe.
