I looked at the Snuggles Project/Hugs For The Homeless directory for my part of Colorado and nowhere close to me takes blankets. Does anyone know of any animal shelters (that might want knitted blankets) close to Longmont or Boulder that aren't listed? Thanks in advance!

I'm not from CO but I figured I could look up a couple animal friendly places there for your mission. I hope it works out, and thanks for contributing to this cause.

This is not an answer to your question, but just a suggestion... Have you thought about using these as lap blankets for the elderly? Do to lack of circulation, people who sit in a wheel chair for hours at a time really appreciate a small blanket for their laps.
