If he's very young, he'll grow out of it. Don't try to take things away, it just makes kids want it that much more. Let him play with them, he'll get bored eventually. On his next birthday or holiday, buy him a really cool "boys-only" toy. The novelty of a new toy will get his interest away from the old ones.
This is really the parent's or guardian's decision to make here. If you are uncomfortable around him, then buy a couple of toys to bring with you to play with him when you come over. He'll come to love the specialness of the toys, and maybe want some more like it for regular play.

My little bro played with my dolls when he was younger..he even tried on my mom's high heels

if thats what he feels he wants to do-it may be a predecessor to homosexuality. or just plain curiousity. theres nothing wrong with it. let him do what makes him happy. he may or may not grow out of it. i was a tomboy forever and still am. but ive been married with children.

You shouldn't. It's perfectly normal. He will not become gay - if that's what you think (not sure what's wrong with being gay though...).
Just let him play.

let him play with whatever toys he finds interesting. it doesnt matter what he plays with, it just matters that u play with it with him.
