According to Shakespeare's play, Julius Caesar, the Oracle at Delphi warned Caesar, "Beware the Ides of March". That is, watch your a$$ around the middle of March. That is when Brutus and other senators assassinated him. Et tu Brute?

The Ides of March refer to the 15th of March, the date on which Caesar, according to legend (and Shakespeare) died. A soothsayer actually warned Caesar to "beware the Ides of March", but he didn't listen, and ended up being stabbed to death by his colleagues.

It's "beware the Ides of March"...it means the middle of March. It was when Julius was consulting his psychic friend, and was told of his impending death.

Don't know that but I remember their one hit "Vehicle". It sounds like Blood Sweat And Tears but with a better singer. I know they were based in Chicago and are from the very early 70s.
