If you're under 18 they are required by law to provide a place for you to live. Child Protective Services would be interested to know if they'd kicked a minor out.
If you're over 18, they've booted your a$$ out and you're trying to get back in you're a loser and you need to get a job.

It depends on what you're moving back in for. If you got kicked out for a good reason, apologise sincerely, and never do whatever it is you did again (at least until after you've moved out!! LOL), If you just moved out on your own and you want to move back in, just tell your parents that you miss them, and ask them if you can please move back in. Most parents will love that. hehe

Stop doing whatever you did to get kicked out in the first place. Contribute something other than a bad attitude and dirty laundry to the household, apologize, and beg.

Divorce them. spread rumors about them. Tell people that they don't feed you.... bad suggestion. If you are under 18 then you can legally take action against your parents for abandonment, as it is illegal, you will then be brought to a foster home.

Since this is under teen and preteen I assume you are a minor. They are legally responsible for you so they have to let you in or you can report them.
