Macbook & Free Nano?

If I buy a Macbook, am i eligable for a free nano? im not a college student. here's the link: http://www.apple.com/backtoschool/

I am a college student and I got a MacBook, with both a free iPod nano AND a free printer! If you're not a college student, I don't think they would let you. But if you have a program like Running Start at your high school (if you're in high school), which allows you to go to college early while still in high school, you would be eligable. I hope something works out for you because this equipment is AWESOME! Believe me!!!
