i would have to go with no 10 mulan.her courage for protecting her father and dressing her self as a man.Plus she kind,beautiful,loves to play with kids and is mulan forgives people(as she forgive mushu in mulan 2)mushu is the dragon

I would have to say Belle. She's my favorite. She's intelligent, beautiful, kind and tolerant. She's able to see past physical appearances to find the beauty and kindness inside. Mulan would be my second choice, she's brave and strong and committed to her cause.

my vote is for #3 Miss New World. she seems to really care about the enviroment and about other people. i believe she is the most suited for this title.
