If you just want to watch it, try blockbuster or netflix. As said above, you can always try amazon or netflix to buy used dvds as well, but if it's selling that high on ebay people will probably sell it there. I could be wrong, but I think most of the MST3K series is finally being completely released on DVD (instead of the 5 episodes they have had forever) so they may reissue the DVD again if you can wait just a while and it wont be so expensive

I'm shocked that it is worth that much! I wish I still had my copy, it would be on Ebay tomorrow. You might look around your local Blockbuster video store, or some other video store in your area, or maybe Sam Goody's. If you can't find it to buy there, maybe they will at least have one to rent or the videotape to watch.

The only thing I can think of is look on amazon for amazon sellers or netflix for used cds. Good luck!
