Yes.

A live giant squid (Architeuthis) measuring roughly 25 feet (8 meters) was discovered and photographed off the Ogasawara Islands. Japanese scientists recently released the first-ever images of a live giant squid in the wild. Their series of photos offers clues about the way giant squid swim and hunt in the deep ocean.

Where Sperm whales feed, there are giant squid. That's what it eats.

If you cut a Sperm Whale open, it usually has giant squid in its stomach.

Dead giant squid have been measured at 40 feet or so, but sightings of live ones on the surface have shown that they may get considerably bigger.

Nobody knows much about them at all. They live at great depths, at which only the Sperm Whale can dive, as it can stay under for 30 minutes and dive to thousands of feet.
