A life.
Haha... sorry.
Depends on what kinda hobby you might have an interest in?
Make costumes and go cos-play?
Pick up a guitar and make like a rocker or go air-guitaring (there is a competition for air-guitaring)
Digital photography
Make dolls from scratch. One of my friends makes gothy dolls from scratch.
Go to your local Games Workshop and pick up Warhammer 40,000...
Anything... just go out town and visit places that will teach and tell you something... Yahoo! Answers won't get you very far, its only when you immerse yourself in something can you get on the starting road to a hobby.

Check out Pysanky (Ukrainian Egg Decorating). I learned it when I was about seven, and still do it for the holidays today (I'm 32 now). It takes a steady hand and some patience, but the end result is really cool.

Candlemaking...It's easy and the result is beautiful. Once you make your first candle, you'll be addicted.
