i have an apartment and the bugs are seriously getting out of control...they have sprayeed 3 times and still wont go away... i want out of the lease... but i need it to be in an affordable way... im young and going broke...help me!!!...

I am going through the EXACT same problem right now, Ive only been in my apt. for 3 weeks and they've sprayed 5 times and wont let me out of my lease without paying a crazy amount of money its ridiculous

talk to your landlord about that you are unhappy because of the bugs. If he doesn't let you out then you can take him to small claims court and explain them your problems about the bugs that's a big reason to be let out by a judge. Bring pictures to court showing the bugs in your apartment. Good Luck.

What city and state are you in?
Take a copy of your lease to a realitor for advice on the proper / legal method. They should advise you free of charge and put you on the right track.
