Well, I use Sarahmoonstone as my user name because I love moonstones. And I guess its not really a nickname though. But, for short I like the names: Sarah and Luna.

capper, my grampa had a heck of a sense of humor he also called my cousin lisa chuke as in a hat. that is what most canadians call a wool hat a chuke. sound funny but it's true.now you know why I changed it to claude it's better then capper but I always tell ppl only my close friends and family get to call me that or else I won't answer.

Yeah ... 'Hootie'

It's from the Simpsons ... the episode when Homer changed his name to 'Max Power'. At the end he changed it back, and wanted to change Marge's name to her choice of 'Chesty LaRue', 'Busty Saint Claire', or 'Hootie McBoob'.

We also have a 'Chesty' in the group, but no 'Busty'.

LizardBreathe, well my real nickname is Lizzie, and well then everyone called my Lizard. Then someone noticed how I switched my toothpaste to this CINNAMON flavor... so everyone was like nice HOTT breathe Lizard. Then my cousin was calling me to her room and she was like, "COME HERE LIZARDBREATHE!" so then everyone just called my LizardBreathe......

This all happened in a week within just my family, so it is a family nickname!

mine is Gizmo. when i was in college a bunch of us went to a weekend party. the lights went out for a few hours and everyone's eyes got used to seeing around in the dark. when the lights came back on, i yelled out "bright light, bright light." then someone yelled out i didn't know Gizmo was here and it just stuck every since.

Shash or Shashi-'cuz one of my brothers couldn't say "Sharon"

My sister was "Erin-a-busy-booze" and ultimately shortened to just plain "Booze". Another brother couldn't say "Erin Elizabeth."

We also had a "Tommy Paul the Butter-ball", "Sean, Sean the Leprachaun" and "Ris-a-here" (Christopher).
