how do you tell a guy you love him if he hardly talks to you and your just friends?

Just say it. I said it to one of my guy friends, and he said it back. We love eachother like friends, and its totally cool. Sometimes I think he wants to go out with me, but I think that would be weird cuz he's so close to me it would be weird going out with him.
If he's mature he'll get over it, maybe say it back, but ask him if he means it.
I told one of my other guy friends that I loved him, and he got totally freaked out, he's really immature, so I just didnt say it again, and we're still friends and stuff.
Do you love him more than a friend? Maybe you should ask him out then before you say it.
