i was wondering how well the ACC (atlantic coast conference) was known around the country
what are they known for
basketball or football

historically known for basketball (north carolina, duke, maryland, wake forest, nc state)
however, the conference recently received a big boost in football with the recent addition of powerhouses miami and virginia tech

Great conference in Football, Basketball, and Baseball. They used to be more known for basketball with teams like Duke and UNC but now we have Miami, Va Tech, and Boston College which makes them more known than ever in football.

the ACC is known for basketball definatly although they have a few good football teams. but they r known as the best division for bball or second. And the division is famous around the country. ya....that's it.....10 points plz

All I know is that the ACC is as GAY AS ****. nw im going to mspeel some basic english and type some non descipherable sentance and wastte time for the person reeding this...just like this poster is apt to do.... christ on a pony, you are a pathetic person.

they did pretty well at baseball this past year, which is a first
