The White one talks about facts and numbers, the Red about emotions and feelings. The Black one is sad and negative; it covers negative aspects, while the Yellow is glad and positive....

Well!! This is Edward de Bono's Six Thinking hats Method of thinking. It is an effective mode of brainstorming an idea and this helps also helps in thoroughly understanding all the facets of any given problem or situation.
