If you are getting dew, or condensation of water in your freezer, this is an indication of a leaking rubber seal around the freezer door. Or you have an obstruction that is keeping the door from closing completely.

Most modern freezers use small magnet to pull and hold the door shut. But it does take much to overcome the magnetic force to allow air to leak into the freezer, or cold air to leak out of the freezer. If the leak is small, you will see moisture around the door. If the leak is severe, you will see ice buildup inside the freezer.
