What is the name of that lady that laughs funny? She has like a funny laugh with a snort to it.
I think she is a comedian. I dont remember what she has appeared on.
Not Fran Dresher though. The person im talking about is shorter, brown hair, maybe hispanic or of hispanic decent.

No not Sandra Bullock. The laugh of the person i am talking about is her own, not a character she has played.
