How can i keep sugar from the ants? They always can find a way to get to the sugar!!?

Put your sugar in an inexpensive tupperware type tub, and use boric acid powder around the area the ants come in. It can stop them from coming, it will be tracked back to the nest and kill them, and it is safe around food, children and pets.

I have heard that ants do not like lemon juice.
You trace out a boundary around the sugar container with lemon juice and allow it to dry. Supposedly, the ants won’t cross the boundary. I have never tried it through.

I would avoid using things like boric acid (which is a white powder); it isn’t the best thing to get around your food area, health wise.

Another idea would be to place the sugar inside a plastic bag, seal it then place the plastic bag inside another sealable container. This way, the sugar is double sealed for added protection.

If you have room, put the sugar in the refrigerator. First, it's well sealed, so the ants will have a hard time getting in. Second, it's cold, so they will have a harder time smelling the sugar and finding it.

Use Clove (spice).put a few inside the sugar container & the ants will never come.

& u will get suger with a bit of clove frangrance too :)

juz simply put your sugar container in a large bowl filled up wit water. water will prevent to ants from reachin the container
