You went 1000 years into the future and your great granddaughter was still alive and able to get pregnant? That would make her, what, like 900+ years old? Yuck. And double-Yuck for it being your offspring.

1,000 years is about 40 generations. Having sex with a relative that far removed genetically is the same as having sex with a completely unrelated person.
