I had one the other day and talked my wife into testing this theory. It did not cure it, but it did relieve it tremendously!!
I have tested it and it helped me out!!!

Sex can help headaches, especially if they are caused from stress. I think people with migraines heads hurt so bad that sex is the last thing on their mind. So, that's a no.

Maybe not migraines...but I've heard of headaches. I realize migraines are headaches...but I believe they are worse than your average headache.
So I'd say no.

no in fact the increased blood flow can make it worse. try putting on a headband to help decrease the flow of blood and also eat lettuce when you start to get a migrane i don't fully understand why myself but i have a friend who is a dietician and he says lettuce will help relieve the migrane or headache.

in some cases yes it can, but in others it may do nothing or it may make it worse. when you have sex your body releases endorphins which are thought to help releive pain
