honestly these questions are stuipid if you dont know how to do a full court layup then you cant play basketball.

IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO JUMP THEN YOU CANT PLAY BASKETBALL. STICK TO VIDEO GAMES AND LET THE REAL ATHLETES BALL.

i've been playin bball for 10 years now and i've won two national championships in AAU

1. a vertical jump is when u jump without running
2. i dont think there is such thing as a power ball throw and if there is u don't need it for basketball
3. u don't need to know what hot shot shootin is to play basketball



OK FORGET THESE QUESTIONS, WHAT U NEED TO DO IS GO TO A LOCAL COURT/YMCA OR WHATEVER AND WATCH OTHERS PLAY AND THEN TRY IT URSELF. U NEED TO PRACTICE A LOT. thats the best thing about bball though u can practice whenever u want. if u want to learn about bench presses and lifting then go to that gym and ask someone to teach u cause if u do it wrong u can hurt urself

if you have no clue about how to play basketball, then you shouldn't be trying out for the team

it takes years to perfect one's basketball game. usually it starts on the playground and then it evolves to school teams and then organized leagues.

you should know if you're a basketball player by the time you hit high school. if you're no good (or not even close) then you probably never will be.

if you're REALLY serious, then I'd suggest you hire a personal basketball trainer or go to your local Y and find some Basketball 101 classes.

4.thers no such thing as a full court lay-up
5. bech press is when u lay-down and push up weight up and down
and gettin on a hi school team is too hard u cnt jus learn and get on a teamits way too hard ive been there

you should ask your parents or someone who played in highschool or school its kinda hard to explain with typing it would take 4ever i play but i just cant type it all out so so very sorry good luck
