I would make sure the judge know about her activites. Yes she should lose custody. That makes her an irresposible parent.

First of all you are hurt. Odds are she knew this guy for a while. The comparisons another answerer made regarding men with new women after a split and women doing the same. It's different because the kids are about it's not you taking someone over for a quickie. Kids get confused. Then again 2 is not going to endanger a lot of confusion. You have to realize that though this hurts she is a mom and is not going to put her child in danger. Keep calling and focusing on this will only lead to a bad result for you. You'll end up with paying child support and never seeing your kid. Take the high road, step away emotionally and the life of your kid and your future as such will be better. You might find that this staid, sensible approach may make your ex see you in a whole new light. No arguing, no crying, no fighting just what do you need. This will make her intrigued and wonder. Either way if you are to be apart, how you act now ill determine much as you have a kid and will be intertwined for the rest of your life. Your choice of what to make of that.

Well..What do you mean by "Porn site" what you classify as porn and what really is porn is 2 different things?
If you mean an illegal site using underage children then no...But a guy who pose nude for some site...That does not make him dangerous.
Why is it such a double standard for Women.
Men get divorces..Date around...Bring different women around..Have them sleep over and it's OK but a woman does it and she should lose custody?

depends on what makes them so dangerous, remember, you were once a stranger before your wife brought you home.
this sounds like you are just upset a little that your wife can meet someone and you are trying to punish her the only way you know how, through your child.
figure out why these strangers are dangerous, and then take action
