How about....Anything?!! Try some kind of sleeveless tank that you really like (preferably a solid color-white, maybe?)and then put something on top of it like a little pullover jacket. Not a real jacket, but the short-sleeved ones that go only about mid-way down your torso. A courdoroy one would look cute, or believe it or not-plaid! If you don't like that idea try a big belt. Say you have a white tank top, add a bang of color with like a purple one. Don't put it on tight though, and make sure it is on the shirt, maybe above your hips.... For shoes wear pumps or flats, and also wear a big handbag. You will probly look good with anything.

Any colored sweater, a cute print top, a classic button-down blouse, a Cami and jacket, but the all time best is black hose, black spike heels, and a flirty top off of one shoulder!

if its more formal-ish, i'd wear a white or gray cami or tank top w/ a couple of chunky black or silver beads. and then top it off w/ wedges or sandals. if your going for a casual look- wear just a plain shirt or top w/ a wide belt around the hips.

I have seen in the magazines, if it is a button up shirt you can wear a corset top over it

thats going to depend on what length of skirtit is. when i wear black mini-skirts,then i wear my fishnet stockings and black leather boots. and for a top ,i use a black lace blouse with flared arms that has short tassles. this is just my ideaof what looks good but you will just have to try some things on.
