If you don't like it and you are not happy with it, you will not do very well at it, so you did yourself a huge favor. Some things just are not cut out for everyone.

This is a very vaige question. Is this a school class or extra curricular. Was it something that cost money or free. And if it cost money did you pay or someone else. IF you are asking if there are times it is ok to quit something? Yes, there are. For instance if you are studying to be a teacher and realize you will be a horrible teacher it is best to go in a different direction. Not neccessecerily quit but study a different field.
Personally you should give any class more than one day because you can't even learn anything in that short a period of time. You should think about your interest before you sign up for a class. Especially if someone else is paying the bill.
But if you are talking about something basic like a Math class that is neccessary to graduate high school. Than the answer is, Only if you want to be known as a failure for the rest of your life. There are some things in life that we don't like but we have to do anyway. My sudjestion is don't get into things you are not willing to follow through on or you will be known as a self centered quitter.

I think it is good you discovered you didn't like it right away. Why take up the space? There might be someone waiting for that class. The only way you can know what you are best suited for is to try it. If you discover it isn't for you; then go onto the next thing. I don't call it "quitting"...I call it "finding yourself." At least you tried it. I just hope you are giving up on it for the right reasons. Everything you do for the first time seems hard...but you get past it very quickly...and the next thing you know...you are a pro...otherwise, don't be afraid to move on and try something different. You'll know when you find it.

I think that you should give it more time than that. Sometimes when you first try something it is different and you don't like it. After you do it some more you may find that you like it. After you know for sure you don't like it it's ok to quit.

It depends on why don't you like it. Sometimes it's because you just no good at it and know you will never be that good. Or sometimes you will have to get use to it. But I think it's good to give it a couple tries. After that decide if you can be doing something else that you can enjoy. Why waste time on something you don't like to do.

I think you should give it a little bit more time. One day for a class isn't a good guage. Try a week and see how you feel. Even if you tried, that's part of the important part. Congrats to you for doing that much.

hi , i would say it is okay to quit something you dont like but mayby more than 1 day trialing would of been better, i would say at least a week-2 weeks before quitting then if its no go then i would let it go. Unless of course there is a major reason for quitting something..and i mean in regards to somehting that can effect your life.............~._.~

People always say you should stick it out awhile, but being able to quit when I want to is something I really enjoy about being an adult American.

give it a couple of days and see how it goes, if you still don't like it, then yea, go ahead and quit it, its a lot better quitting if you don;t like it than staying in it and being tourchured.

As long as you didn't quit spelling and grammar class, I think you're okay.
