I think so.It's probably like reaching absolute zero.I've been hearing about it for at least 15 yrs. Everyone has debunked the fusion projects so far. Sounds like a great idea, but I'm very unsure if it's attainable. I hope I'm wrong.

Cold Fusion did not work. It's clam was never reproduced by anyone. If it can't be done a second time It can't be done. But who knows it may be like the hydrogen reactors that every one is making in their shed in their back yard which does work but is being suppressed by the big oil Co's. It is one of them things that once you have it build you can make your own power and no one can make any money off you. So you bet they would suppress it at all cost.

Yeah, they slipped a few decimal places, and the results were not reproduceable. For those who prefer conspiracy theories, the big oil interests suppressed it and then started the Gulf War.
Get real, if it really worked, the head honchos at the oil companies would all have fusion powered cars!

Most physicists believe its impossible.
Anyways a 'hot'-fusion is possible and going to be built in france by a consortium of countries.

"Cold Fusion" turned out to be an oxymoron. (Good thing, too, consider the sun........)
