Tell her. Tell her all the time.
Rub and kiss her tummy and tell her how beautiful she is.
Take her shopping for new outfits that fit her. She needs new everything!
Then clean the house, shop for groceries and cook for her while she relaxes. She is doing the hardest job of all: being a mom.

The best way to make a pregnant woman feel beautiful is to treat her the way you did before she became pregnant and then some. Continue to tell her she's beautiful ( as you should have been doing already ) then do a little extra for her. But, the most important thing to do is, while she's losing the pregnancy weight you must love her all the same.

Do things FOR her... Give her a pedicure with a foot massage. Just be careful with the calves. Do things for her...
DO NOT make everything about sex. She might feel that you are only being nice to get some. HOWEVER hehe (don't you love those hormones??? hehe) if she is wanting some whatever you do... do NOT turn her down. Want a wailing preggers? ack...
Tell her and often how amazing and beautiful she really is to her. How she is so pretty and the most wonderful woman to you. Make her feel special and make her BE special.

you really don't have to buy her anything, or even change the way your acting around her. any woman would be blessed to know that her man was trying this hard, my man and i are trying and the times i feel the most beautiful are not when he tells me, or buys me anything, it is when he lays with me, and just holds me, i love when he touches my stomach and teases me about baby names, and the very top is when talks to my belly, and rubs it and kisses it.
however some ladies are sensitive at this time and do not feel this way, when the belly get too much attention, they might feel like she is not what is so glamorous, but the baby is. so try to just look at her in contempt, let her catch you watching her at her most spectacular moments. let her see that you are more than satisfied with everything that makes her her.
the thing that would impress me the most would be to see that you want her to know that she is so special to you, and that you just want to show it. honestly if i were her i wold love it to have my man read the answers right off the computer screen to me. how impressive. you certainly get a gold star for all of the effort, i think more men should love their other half the way that you do, she is truly blessed.

look partner take some addvice from an old dog ive accutlly been down this road here is what you do first thing you do is run her a bubbie bath tell her to take her time while she you goin there (the kitchen )cook her faveort meal after dinner let her go set down while you clean up do not draw any attention to her being pregnant then rub her feet iknow it sounds funny but it will work than tell her how beautiful she is becouse remember how you theated her bfore she got in the mommie way that you help her with lol but just show her that you still care and still love her

Dude, from the wording of your question, I think you need to realign your head a bit. She IS beautiful, mang, and the first step for you is knowing that, believing that, MEANING it. If you see her as beautiful, she'll know it from what you do. Give her the same lecherous looks that you always give her, maybe with an added tinge of frustration if she's far enough along that sex is not an option at this point.
My point is, pregnancy does not reduce a woman's comeliness, it raises it if anything. If she was beautiful before, she's beautiful now, only moreso.

Tell her she looks beautiful. Pregnant woman have a special glow about them.
Also, it's probably the hardest thing a woman will do in her lifetime. Giving life is such a magical thing.

Tell her she is beautiful and actually mean it. Most pregnant woman have a certian "glow" to them that is awesome. Remind her that she is growing life inside her and that is a true blessing.
