I have two Pc's connected Via, crossover cable. I can remotely connect the Home to the Pro, However I can't connect the Pro to the Home. If I click the Remote Desktop Connection, It askes me for the Computer to connect to, I enter the name of the computer I am trying to connect to and it will not find it. I click the dropdown arrow and It tells me "The MSHOME domain/workgroup does not contain any Terminal Servers."

Any Ideas?

The short answer is you can't.
The remote system needs to be running the remote desktop service (also known as Terminal Services), and XP Home doesn't have that. You'll need to use something like pcAnywhere, or VNC.

well, I know you can connect via Remote Desktop to Pro, but I don't believe it works the other way around.

Also, make sure they are both listed with the same domain name. MSHOME is the default but you might want to check if one hasn't been changed.
