im doing a project on to kill a mocking bird and i need old newspapers from 1920s-30s in alabama any city,having to do with slavery possibly (and it needs to be free!!)

You can print them out at the library. Otherwise call the Newspaper itself and ask if they sell old copies. Otherwise, you might be out of luck. You can get Life Magazines at half price books though.

your local library. I would ask someone at the front desk. The only thing is, you probably won't be able to get the whole newspaper as it was originally printed. Just the newspaper printed on copier paper. good Luck. And Ebay always has everything. It's a long shot, but worth a try.

The library keeps records of old newspapers. Not the actual papers, but the records and articles.

A large local library will have mircoslides of newspapers from around the word, try that.
