In your opinion, what should be done to resolve the Arab Israeli conflict?

Stay out of it... .it isn't our fight. We may have a great military..and a great economy.... and think that we can interfere with any country we please...but we can't. They are sovereign. In reality.... if Israel wants to be safe, they have to take actions that will help them. Promoting understanding would be the best way. Sending helicopters across the border to kill will only make more martyrs readily available (likely to avenge the death of a family member). Killing one man leaves a family of possible martyrs! Instead, they should encourage individuals to live there peacefully! it may be a JEWISH state... one that is dominated by jewish believes, but why can't muslims move there? Why aren't they encouraged to do so? If Muslims felt they were welcomed there as friends, they might (I'm guessing?) feel differently about Israel.

I dont know... .I'm just sick of all the wars going on. People need to figure out how to solve problems without killing someone else.

Impeaching Bush (and Cheney) would be a start. But if our rubber-stamp Congress just keeps sending three billions to Israel every year, there will be no end to Arab resentment of us and an endless line of recruits for Hezbollah and other extremist organizations. For thirty years, we've sown the wind and now, inevitably, we're reaping the whirlwind. But actually, if global warming and polluted oceans and rivers continue or get worse,
that will resolve that conflict along with the demise of our whole planet.

the internationalcommunity (or at least those in a position to do something about it) should stop taking sides (namely israels) and put their foot down to stop all of the bulls**t. because that is what it truly is. how much longer can people sit around and watch dead arab families destroyed by us military hardware, or watch minced israelis from suicide bombs. send in a massive peacekeeping force and remove all local military/militia from the area much as in japan after ww2. let the world be responsiblefor keeping the peace, not ultra predjudiced locals.

"Greater" nations with powers should stop striving for oil and power. Should stop create problems to set and take position in every part of the world!

Back in the 1940s, and even before that... US and Europe wanted to get rid of the Jews and thus decided to send them to the heart of the middle east because I dont know how many years ago Jews lived there! Now tell me this... if the Red Indians decided to go back to their land, is this a way to do it? They lived there before, right?

Wow...that 1st answer is hard to imagine. Lets see...Arab-Israel conflict must be a new kinda war, like...maybe it only started AFTER Bush took office. Bush must be responsible. *sigh*

I suggest we begin manufacturing B-52s for export to Israel. That will definitely end the Mideast conflict.

It seems Jerusalem is biggest sticking point. UN should declare this area an internal city state and move It's main headquarters to it. They could divide revenue generated between to the two main groups.
