Sometimes people use alcohol as an excuse to do or say something they have been wanting to. In my experience I'm more careful about what I say and do when I'm drunk because I don't wanna look like a complete idiot.

It just takes away your inhibitions. Makes you say the things you really feel but are afraid to say in normal circumstances.

it could happen. that is the time when you are sort of like 'unconcious' of what you are doing. so you will just spill out whatever that is bothering you.
