1. Carolina (just frightening)
2. Jax (NO ONE will be able to run on their DT tandem)
3. Chicago (overall solid D, added Ricky Manning Jr this year from...Carolina)
sleepers: Atlanta (Addition of Abraham will solidify pass rush and run D) as well as Dallas (when you can control the ball on O as well as Dallas will this year, your Defense stays fresher for the game)

1. Chicago - They have the easiest schedule this year.
2. Carolina - Nasty, all day long.
3. Pittsburgh - The secondary may finally be coming into it's own.
4. NY Giants - Last years DEF + Lavar Arrington... scary.

Chicago hands down. Great Defense, weakass schedule (the easiest in the NFL in '07)
Carolina then Pittsburgh.

1-Chicago (hate to be like everyone else but this defense is just scary)
2- New York (great new editions make this team young, quick, and scary good.)
3- Jax (D-line is ridiculous...might be #2 for leagues that give points for holding teams to few points in a game)

i'm in Australia and nicely suited now there is an advert going around some four wheelchronic and its incredibly humorous it has this guy attempting to get his dogs to bounce in to the decrease back of the vehicle , then there is chick who possibilities her dogs up smothers it in kisses and places it interior the decrease back, then the better section is this guy who opens the decrease back up and stands ack an says " get i Boris" and hes conversing to a croc is hilarious :p
