I suggest to wax it - actually the hair will grow back thinner over time. If you shave it, you WILL get a stubble (which is ten times worse than having a few stray hairs)
Try going to a salon and have them wax it- it shouldn't cost more than $10. If you go to the mall - like Macys, there should be a BENEFIT makeup counter and there is something called a Brow Bar. They also wax your upper lip and to prevent it looking red when you leave, they put a bit of makeup on to touch you up so you look nice when you leave the counter (makeup is no charge)
If you don't want to wax - try using bleach. Like Sally Hansen's bleach or Jolen.
Good luck! I wish you all the best

Dont use hair removing cream either cause that will have bleach in it and it will make your upper lip darker which is just going to look weird. Try plucking it out or take a small razor no larger than your tumb and shave it off. I do this and I dont see any hair until 2 months so it doesnt hurt and it hardly takes a minute
Hope This Helps

Try using a hair trimmer, plucking them out, waxing or bleach (such as jolene).
Waxing it will not make it grow back darker or thicker. Waxing pulls the hair out from the root and it will grow back thiner and less noticeable over time.

Bleaching it. And waxin doesnt nessicarily make it grow back darker and thicker. I skipped on getting my eyebrows waxed a fet imes and it is still the same courseness as it was before. Creame removers help too. Try Sally Henson.

If it is not completely out of control, and hideous I would just leave it alone. If it is very bad, and somthing definately needs to be done about it wax it. But be prepared to do it very often, or it will grow back even worse. But think about what you want, a kinda hairy lip when you are young and old, or a hairless lip when you are young and a gorilla lip when you are old, and cannot take care of yourself.

OK in this I'm telling you my own experience nobody notice but you because the people around you know you but you know that its there and its not going not where, i have this wonderful friend and she give me all the information about electrolysis yes electrolysis and it has to be done for a professional not even laser can get rid of it making it fake or bleach it at the time is have to be done again and again. the real truth its a little painful and it takes a little time but they put a lotion to nod the area and work on it and its gone forever my word look for that in your area

Try to use a Little make up. But make sure that is the same shade. You don't want it to look worse.
