It will slowly go down on it's on as long as you keep it well moisturized and work-out to tone the muscles back to pre-baby. Also keep your whole body hydrated with lots of water, I know you hear it all the time, but water works to keep your skin moisturized and growing well. You shed old skin and grow new, so the new can come in looking tighter than the old stretched out that is there now.
Breastfeeding is the best solution to get your body back in shape, but if that's not an option for you, invest in either a gym membership or exercise equipment for your home.
You'll still have minimal extra skin, because the skin can only have so much resiliency, but it won't be noticeable unless you insist on wearing low rise pants and high cut tops. Not a good idea after kids, unless you are a celeb with tons of money for personal trainers, surgery, and makeup artists to hide your flaws.
Give yourself time, one month isn't very long at all to get back into shape after a baby. You gain 30-40 lbs over 9 months, expect it to take just as long to look normal again. It's an easy goal to attain as long as you are smart about your lifestyle and eating, and it won't put so much stress on you. The baby will do enough of that on his/her own!

As for stretch marks, try using Arbonne REactivating Body Serum and REfinish Hydrating Body Lotion. I've used those and know they work.

I know you don't want to hear this, but a lot of woman post-pregnancy have stomachs like that. And they're very hard to get rid of. I know this because of my mom my aunt, and a lot of chicks on tv, who go through it. The only way I can think of is surgery.

But that's so extreme, right? I dunno. Try situps, or other workout routines. Use cocoa butter for stretch marks. And well, I dunno what else to tell you.

Good luck sweetie.
