I agree with your husband on this one. You think because a television is in the bedroom it's going to
damage your bedroom life. There should be nothing wrong with having both in there. The only way it will affect your romance:, if you allow it to.

I partially agree. A television has no place in a bedroom. But there's more to do in a bedroom than just sleeping or having sex. How about reading? Dressing? Praying? Discussing your kids?
Seriously, I am in full agreement. No t.v. Stereo is good though because it can set the mood for some of those other activities.

Bedroom is a good place to relax and talk about a lot of things with your mate. There aren't that many good things to watch anyway.
I disagree with you on your statement that bedroom is a place to sleep and make love ONLY. But, I do agree that television does not belong there.

If you make love everynight then I'll agree. Although if one of you is trying to sleep and the other is watching tv its a little disrespectful. You just gotta lay down some rules for tv watching time its not like it should be a big deal to walk from the tv room to the bedroom or back.

I don't see a problem with a tv in the bedroom. As long as one isn't inconsiderate while the other trying to sleep. As for the love making I can't see a tv getting in the way of that either.

If you're having intimate problems in the bedroom, I'm sure it's easier to blame it on a TV than it is to try and find out where the real problem is. You can have a TV in the bedroom... just know when to use it. Besides, what if you want to incorporate a porno into love making?

Oh no!
I sleep with my TV on. It gets in the way if a couple have a TV in the bedroom. You'll stop and watch TV instead of getting busy with the good stuff. If I was married I wouldn't need a TV in my room

OK you must be newly weds. I have a TV in my bedroom and it doesn't take away from it. Besides once you're over the lovey dovey part you'll want the TV its a better excuse then 'I have a headache'. And once you have kids love making disappears for a while anyways so get something to entertain yourselves.

My wife calls our bedroom TV my "first love." But she loves me anyway. The bedroom is for lots of things, not just sleeping and sex. Where else can you go to get away from the kids, dogs, etc.

I agree with you. A bedroom is for sleeping. Adding a television in there will eventually make it harder for you to fall asleep there cause a television keeps your mind going and makes it hard to unwind properly. Your mind just remains over-stimulated. Then your mind cannot decipher between a place of T.V. relaxation and a place of sleep so it gets harder to fall asleep there. It's true psychology.
