If you want to loose weight then make time to exercise. Try to work out three times a week plus add activity whereever you can. Such as instead of taking the elevator, take the stairs. If you take public transit, get off a stop earlier and walk the rest of the way home.
Eat healthier too. You won’t loose weight or tone on just diet alone.
There is no quick fix unless you do surgery.

Watch what you eat..and it has been found that exercising 10 minutes 3 times a day has the same benefit as exercising for one 30 minute session. If you can fit that in...give that a try.

This might sound funny, but I use AVON's Lift and Tuck. It Lifts and tucks, and you see a difference about 2 weeks they even guarentee it. I used it, I like it. I have 2 chilren and no time to work out. So this works great.

- Try to eat right whenever you can.
- It's ok if you don't have time to go to a gym; try to take small steps to get more physical activity like taking the stairs in case of the elevator.

try the cabbage soupt diet. it works just type the name into search and it'll give you the recipe. I lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks.
