My period is 2-weeks late today!! I am a virgin and I am not sure what is wrong? Don't tell me to ask my mom because she wants to take me to the gyno and i don't believe in going to those docters, I will not see one unless I have too. So what is going on with my body and by the way I didn't get my first period until April of this year?

It's probably nothing. So many factors (like your diet, stress level, activity level, and just normal internal adjestments your body makes) can affect your cycle. If you skip more than one period, you might want to go see a gynocologist just to make sure everything is fine. But really, if you're a virgin and have only had your period a few months, I would bet money there's nothing to worry about.

Sweety, I know it may seem weird, but since you got your first period only 4 months ago, it is extremely normal to have irregular periods. Your periods may not regulate until you're older. You may even skip a period every now and then. My period did not get regular until I was 21 and I started mine when I was 11. No need to be worried, just make sure to carry tampons, pads, or panty liners with you at all times just in case you start.

Because you just started your first period your body is adjusting to changes and you will have an irregular period for a while. If it doesn't start then you need to see your gyno.

When I first entered college, my period skipped entirely for one month. It's not at all unusual for it to come late or not at all. Sometimes when women live or work together, their cycles will often synchronize; no one quite knows why this happens yet, but it just goes to show that no one's cycle is completely, 100% reliable.

You prbably hav some sort of abnormal growht in your uterus. It will get bigger as time passes. It would be wise to get it fixed now. Plenty young girls are faced with this problem. It could even affect the reproductive process.

The first two years of your period, it's very irregular and can skip, be longer, shorter, etc.

Nothing to worry about.

Sometimes a cycle can be irregular, I wouldn't worry about it since you are not sexually active. Don't stress about it b/c that will only make it not come

give your body time to regulate itself since you just started having your periods....its a huge chemical change for the system to adjust to....and actually when a girl starts having her periods it is a good idea to go to a gynocologist due to yeast infections....etc
