Around 50% of American men born in the last few years.
Around 80% of American men born in the 80s
Around zero of the men born in other countries, except where required for a religious custom, that is:

Around 100% of devout Muslims
Around 100% of conservative Jews (very few reform Jewish sects allow circumcision as a choice).

America is the ONLY country where circumcision is still considered a routine operation for male children - and that is despite the advice of both the American Paediatric Association, and the American Medical Association, who both state that it should not be considered as routine surgery for infants.

It depends what country you're in and what culture you're a part of. In the US, it was as high as 90% in the 70s, but now has declined to around 60% and continues to decline. About 80-85% of the world's guys as a whole is uncircumcised. Most Jews and Muslims are circumcised, though a few aren't. Most Christians and other religious groups in the world aren't. Certain cultures in Africa are also circumcised. As for me, I'm uncut and plan on staying that way.

I am Chinese guy, and cut. Chinese are rarely cut, so are Japanese, Taiwanese etc. But Pinoys and Koreans are mostly cut influenced by their Americans' friends.

Americans usually are cut but not white European guys.

But now many think circumcision is unnecessary, painful even harmful.

I think so, it's not necessary if guys can take care their own hygiene well.

I am chinese and most chinese are not cut, unless for medical reasons. I choose to be circumcised only last year when I was 33 for personal reasons. It feels so much cleaner after the circumcision. I like it!

Are large majority of males in the US are circumcised at birth. My husband is not circumcised. That also does not make him dirty.
